4. Client Responsibilities

Unless a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed, LeanStorming will take reasonable care to protect confidential information but does not assume legal obligations beyond standard professional confidentiality practices.

For clients requiring formal confidentiality protections, a separate NDA agreement may be executed.

8. Intellectual Property

All LeanStorming analytical frameworks, models, algorithms, simulation methodologies, and software tools remain the intellectual property of LeanStorming.

Clients retain ownership of the operational data they provide.

Clients are granted a limited license to use LeanStorming outputs for internal operational decision-making.

Clients may not:

  • Distribute LeanStorming software or frameworks without permission

9. Feedback and Revision Policy

Additional revisions, modifications, or expanded analysis may require additional fees.

10. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through Stripe or other authorized payment platforms.
